  • 1 tbsp plum sauce
  • ΒΌ carrot
  • 2 rice paper sheets
  • 1/2 small cucumber
  • 3 tbsp bean sprouts
  • 1/2 spring onion


  1. Spread the sauce in a very thin layer on 2 rice paper sheets. Julienne the vegetable and 3 tbsp bean sprouts, and place the shreds on one side of the rice paper sheet. Roll tightly and tie each roll with the spring onion.
