Nutrition per serving
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
Slice the apple with a mandolin slicer, to make thin round strips. Place on a non-stick tray covered with baking paper and sprinkle the sugar (optional).
Bake for 2 hrs and set aside to cool for 1 hr. Can be made ahead.
