Ossiano

Ossiano’s Chef, Gregoire Berger, and Asia’s best female Chef, Natsuko Shoji, have united forces to serve an unforgettable 10-course menu. Taking place for two nights only, the duo’s collaborative efforts will bring forth their respective culinary approaches, paying homage to seasonality and world-class produce, culminating in a sequence of outstanding dishes that could pass for works of art. Each evening, you are invited to embark upon an immersive journey, focusing on a story specially crafted by the creative duo.

Each chef interprets a different chapter of the narrative through the perspective of their respective cuisine, bringing surprises at every turn. Berger will serve a colorful eel, nori, and orange tartlet, as well as his well-known black truffle croque monsieur. Ayu (sweetfish) tacos with fruit salsa, a rich caviar mille feuille that masterfully integrates pastry methods into a savoury meal, and a uni tart are some of Shoji’s interpretations.
