Plan a day out at the newly opened Venus Ristorante & Beach Club

Named after the Roman goddess of love and beauty, Venus is a striking space nestled on Bluewaters Island in Dubai

Venus Bluewaters Dubai

Venus Ristorante & Beach Club is a lush setting sited beyond the sweeping doors of Julius Tower at Caesar’s Palace, Dubai. Inspired by Italy’s coast, the venue features a Restaurant and a Beach Club that will transport you to the South European country from the moment you step foot into the space.

Venus – The Ristorante

Head to the Ristorante for lunch or dinner, and take your seat on a citrus tree-lined terrace, a private deck area dubbed Cala Piccola that is nestled in its own jungle-like nook or within an indoor dining room. A highlight of the venue is the Pizza Room, where a wood fire oven is primed and ready to serve freshly-baked pies. Apart from this, the menu features dishes inspired by the Amalfi Coast, such as Burrata e pomodori in agrodolce, plenty of pasta and risotto to satisfy every cravings and a host of mains including grilled meats and perfectly-prepared fish, including Orata con insalata di finocchi e arance (pan-seared sea bream plated with fennel, orange, pine seeds and fresh herbs).

A good meal wouldn’t be complete without a sweet treat and diners can reach for options such as gelato or sorbetto, Amalfi d’inverno (Amalfi lemon curd with almond panna cotta, lemon crumble, yogurt snow and candied lemon) and the classic Tiramisu.

Venus – The Beach Club

Swaying palms and gorgeous greenery frame cabanas that have been named after the Amalfi Coast’s most iconic towns. Scala, Tramonti and Ravello can fit six to eight people, while Positano, Amalfi and Capri which come with a hammock, can fit four to six. No matter which you choose, both offer a fresh fruit platter on arrival and other surprises throughout the day.

Alternatively, you can also opt to lounge poolside on deckchairs, with tunes from a DJ to keep you company; and on weekends, the entertainment is elevated with thrilling performances come sunset. When the hunger pangs strike, take your pick from a poolside menu starring Piccoli assaggi (small samples of mouthwatering bites) and vibrant salads such as the Insalata Venus (a medley of baby lettuce, radicchio, wild rocket, radish, four seeds, pecorino cheese, pomelo and an agave dressing).
