Chef Reif Othman has opened a new REIF Japanese Kushiyaki at Chef’s Society in City Centre Mirdif, marking the brand’s fourth Dubai location after Dar Wasl, Dubai Hills Business Park and Time Out Market. The new outpost serves the restaurant’s signature favourites, including the Wagyu Sando and kushiyaki skewers, alongside Mirdif-exclusive dishes such as King Crab Salad, Yakisoba, Wagyu Short Ribs, and salmon and hamachi temaki. It also introduces the brand’s first dedicated breakfast menu, featuring dishes including the Kaya Steamed Sando, Honey Butter Croissant with Matcha & Mascarpone, and Pistachio Labneh.

Gerbou celebrates summer with new Emirati-inspired creations
Gerbou has introduced a limited-time summer menu featuring seasonal drinks and desserts inspired by local flavours. The new additions include the Awar Qalb fruit cocktail with mango, strawberry and vanilla, and a Lychee Rose Iced Tea, alongside desserts such as the Mango Falooda with Ghaf honey, orange blossom, vanilla ice cream and Aseeda cookie crumble, and Booza Ashta, a traditional Middle Eastern stretchy ice cream flavoured with sahlab, mastic, rosewater and pistachios.

Cioccolatitaliani introduces a Bottomless Gelato Brunch
Cioccolatitaliani is launching its first Bottomless Gelato Brunch at Dubai Festival City Mall from Sunday, 19 July. Available every Sunday until the end of August from 12pm to 10pm, the dessert-focused experience includes unlimited artisan gelato made fresh daily, unlimited premium Italian chocolate from the brand’s signature fountains, a selection of Italian pastries including cannoli, cannoncini, maritozzi and bignè, plus a Mini Affogato al Caffè and one hot or cold beverage. ICD Brookfield Place’s Summer Court returns from 13 July to 16 August 2026, bringing together a range of experiences. Hudson & Rye, the UAE’s first New York-style deli, is set to open at DIFC Square. Curated by a New York team, it draws on classic deli culture inspired by Manhattan institutions and named after the Hudson River and rye bread.
