The London Project on Bluewaters Island is heralding a splendid summer ahead with the launch of two brand-new brunches – Shoreditch Fridays and Chelsea Saturdays, beginning on 10th May.
Celebrating the creative hub of London’s East End, The Shoreditch Brunch takes you on a colourful journey of vibrant flavours, artisanal coffee and trendsetting style and art.
Every Friday, food is served sharing style kicking off with a generous charcuterie board cheeses of Albion and artisan breads. Favourites including Champagne battered fish and chips and pulled beef soft shell tacos are served as the showstopping starters. Mains feature mango and jalapeno glazed half chicken alongside the celebrated wild mushroom and truffle gnocchi with porcini beurre monte. Dessert is Queenies Chocolate Torte, the sweetest of summer endings!
On Saturdays, transport yourself to Chelsea – London’s highly polished “suburb in the city.”
Starting with the ‘breakfast’ part of brunch, expect handmade crumpets with whipped butter and everyone’s go-to – Eggs Benedict. There’s also exotic options such as octopus chorizo hash served alongside pulled beef soft shell tacos, as well as the spiced lamb rack for mains. To finish off the feast, there’s a pistachio sponge with coconut sorbet, coconut mousse, burnt lime marshmallow with crystalized roses – Chelsea’s finest bloom!
