Beirut favourite Cyrano Maison Sociale is opening its first Dubai house at City Walk later this year. The European social house will move through the day from social lunches and late-afternoon aperitivo to brasserie dinners and late-night drinks, pairing Lebanese hospitality with a European dining experience. Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters has opened its first UAE café at BurJuman Mall in Dubai, bringing its specialty coffee experience to the region for the first time. The India-born brand, which has spent over a decade championing freshly roasted coffee and direct relationships with coffee farms, invites guests to explore single-estate coffees, signature blends and seasonal brews, alongside a menu of freshly prepared food, pastries and baked goods. Rocambolesco, a new two-storey Italian restaurant, will open in Uptown Dubai in September 2026. Le Piaf
Paris Society is bringing its renowned piano-bar concept, Le Piaf, to Dubai, marking the brand’s first opening outside Europe. Opening on 7 May 2026 at Dubai Opera in Downtown Dubai, Ramen Hisa is a new 28-seat concept from TakaHisa that takes a more considered approach to ramen. Each bowl is built with attention to balance, from broth and noodles to toppings, using ingredients sourced from across Japan, including bluefin tuna from Yamayuki and premium cuts such as Wagyu, Kobe, and Ozaki beef. VNTG Grape & Cheese Society
VNTG Grape & Cheese Society is now open at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, bringing together grape, artisan cheese, and chef-led pairings. Inspired by a European enoteca, VNTG in Business Bay offers a new laid-back, social space with both indoor and outdoor seating, featuring a curated, evolving grape list, shareable dishes, and a strong focus on quality cheese. Named after the year the club turned Dubai’s desert into the Middle East’s first all-grass championship course, 1988 is led by Chef Yannick Alléno, who treats chocolate as a true culinary art, offering pralines, ganaches, and confections inspired by fine dining.
