The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar has just unveiled its latest spot in Dubai Hills, bringing a mix of casual dining and cosy charm to the neighbourhood. Designed by London-based Archer Humphreys, the space strikes a balance between modern style and inviting touches—ideal for when you’re just popping in for a bite that somehow turns into a marathon evening of laughter, food, and “just one more drink!” The menu brings Mediterranean-inspired dishes with a twist, such as the short-rib katayef with green chilli jam and pistachio pesto linguini topped with burrata.
Frou Frou
Frou Frou, debuting this September at The Lana Promenade, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, brings a modern twist to French and Mediterranean cuisine under the guidance of Chef Leonid Ivanov. The menu highlights include foie gras, black caviar, truffle-infused dishes, and a seafood selection featuring carabineros, scampi, and scallops.
