A Lebanon favourite since 1998, Roadster Diner has recently opened its first UAE location at the Dubai Hills Mall
Roadster Diner, a restaurant that was first established in Lebanon in 1998 and currently operates 17 outlets in the country, has finally landed in the UAE. Diners can find the American-style eatery located on the ground floor of the family-friendly Dubai Hills Mall.
Expect a casual setting featuring an industrial-like aesthetic, comfy seating and warm lighting. On the dining front, the menu features fuss-free comfort classics. These include appetisers such as BBQ or Buffalo chicken wings and strips, served alongside mozzarella sticks and potato dippers in an epic Super sampler platter. Juicy burgers and sandwiches form part of the menu, with options including the Dinermite burger made with a 100% Angus beef patty; the Double crunch chicken burger; the scrumptious Chilli shrimp avocado sandwich; and a true classic, the Philly steak sandwich packed with mouthwatering ingredients.
Tacos, pizzas and salads also make an appearance on the menu; together with Go Light or Vegan options starring specially-created dishes to please health-conscious or plant-based diners. Finally, if you’re a dessert lover, take your pick from decadent delights such as the Cheesecake sundae explosion, Marbled mud pie or Brownie temptation.
