Mark your calendars this September for a fresh, new Rang Mahal as the restaurant reopens its doors at the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai

JW Marriott Marquis Dubai has announced the relaunch of Rang Mahal to their award- winning restaurant portfolio. The culinary concept will offer diners a celebration of diverse flavours, including Jain cuisine, vegetarian dishes and traditional recipes, along with innovative beverage concoctions.

‘Rang Mahal’, which translates to mean ‘Palace of Colours’, is set to welcome diners from the end of September; and will feature North and South Indian delicacies in a grand setting.

Chef Alok Kumar along with the restaurant’s culinary team, led by Chef Moritz Neumann, has curated a delightful menu showcasing authentic Indian fare. Look forward to tandoori dishes, aromatic curries, hearty biryanis and more from the different regions of India.

Minced lamb kebabs, rustled up using a royal household’s recipe; Mangalorean ghee roast prawns served in a bird’s nest style of presentation; and Baked whole lamb leg are only some of the dishes diners can expect on the menu. Do save space for the sweet Cassata kulfi dessert after your meal.

Situated on the fifth floor of world’s tallest five-star hotel, Rang Mahal offers an intimate space adorned with Indian murals and colossal carved wood columns.
