Looking to switch up your Saturday brunch? ATTIKO’s Sky Brunch pairs a Pan-Asian menu with panoramic views

ATTIKO Dubai’s Sky Brunch takes place every Saturday on the 31st floor of W Dubai Mina Seyahi, offering views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Harbour, and the city skyline, along with a sharing menu and a live DJ.

The set sharing menu spans cold and hot dishes across Japanese, Korean and Southeast Asian influences. Cold plates include edamame with shichimi and lime, a salmon salad with Thai dressing, mango, avocado and cucumber, seaweed and mushroom salad with orange ponzu, spicy tuna in kimchi sauce, and avocado with enoki, furikake and wasabi mayo.

Hot dishes include green bean tempura with truffle aioli, crispy shrimp with spicy chilli mayo, truffle wagyu sliders, yuzu kosho baby chicken with miso and crispy potato, salmon teriyaki with Japanese shiso chimichurri, and seasonal mushroom rice with garlic soy butter. The meal closes with a dessert platter featuring yuzu cheesecake, dark chocolate cake, mochi ice cream and seasonal fruits.

Sky Brunch runs every Saturday, 1pm to 4pm, at ATTIKO Dubai, W Dubai Mina Seyahi.
