Indya by Vineet celebrates Indian Independence with special menu

Indya by Vineet, the recently launched restaurant and brainchild of world-renowned Chef Vineet, is gearing up to honour 72 glorious years of Indian Independence with a celebratory special menu from Thursday 15 August to Wednesday 21 August.

The modern-day Indian dining room will be serving a sharing-style menu of culinary delights, as well as impressing guests with showstopping styling based on the colours of Indian culture.

On the occasion of Indian Independence Day (15 August), Indya by Vineet will offer guests a special three-course sharing menu plus four premium beverages for only AED 399 per couple.

To start, diners can savour appetisers such as the Samosa PinwheelChef Vineet’s distinctive spin on the all-time favourite Samosa – and the Chicken Habibi with Makhni Labneh, ready to be devoured by foodies of all nationalities. For main course, a diverse spread awaits guests with items such as Kadhai Methi Paneer and Homestyle Chicken Masala with Dal on the menu.

Finally, guests can crown their meal on a high note with a Puchka Bevda – chocolate gol gappas with rum rabdi as well as the Seeta Aur Geeta, a chocolate peanut halwa served with kaju katli kulfi, caramelized peanuts and topped with cocoa dust.

Better yet, Indya by Vineet is giving guests the freedom to drink as they mix up some quirky cocktails concoctions that are sure to leave guests craving more. With drinks such as Indian Accent and The Indyan Toddy, the bar will be ready to keep guests entertained all night long.
