Begin with an extensive variety of appetisers featuring seafood salad, Wagyu beef cold cuts, mozzarella in Carrozza and duck foie gras terrine. Move onto a southern European festive favourite, the capon tortellini with consomme’ and a traditional lamb rack with mashed potato for entrées.

Dine al fresco or in the elegant dining room; both with magnificent views of the Palm Jumeirah as the sounds of the saxophonist put you in a festive mood.

NEW YEAR’S EVE GOURMET GALA UNDER THE STARS

For an epicurean delight, celebrate this New Year at Lagoon Pool. Embark on an exquisite culinary journey through timeless classics and modern creations, in a casual yet stylish setting around the resort’s infinity pool.

Relish canapés followed by a six-course dinner starring a decadent seafood platter including Boston lobster, snow crab, Fine de Claire oysters, Hokkaido scallops and Brittany mussels.
