After a summer hiatus, Hakkasan Dubai has returned with a revamped lounge and an innovative menu
Hakkasan Dubai at Atlantis, The Palm reopens with a refreshed interior and a reimagined seasonal food and sips menu.
Expect a stylish lounge area where you can enjoy creative concoctions and signature bites; while the intimate and elegant dining area now offers a colour palette of dark blue and turquoise tones complemented by intricate woodwork.
In line with this new development, the award-winning Cantonese restaurant has also launched weekly concepts including the brands’ celebrated Hakkatini Nights and Love Stories, in addition to new dishes on the menu and a soon-to-come Friday brunch.
Hakkasan’s lounge will come to life every evening with the glamourous Hakkatini Nights, where diners can indulge in their choice of creative concoctions and small bites. Look forward to beverages infused with apple, ginger and more, alongside grape, hops and house pours. The venue’s Small Eat menu offers signature dishes such as Wagyu beef puffs, Salt and pepper squid and Chilli crab taro croquettes.
Love Stories is a new concoctions collection that seeks to take diners on a sensory journey through taste, smell, touch and sight. Savour bold flavours of kaffir lime, pear, plum and passionfruit.
Alternatively, choose to dine à la carte and tuck into a selection of brand-new dishes featuring sustainably sourced and seasonal produce. Take your pick from a Spicy organic yellowtail, Assam seafood toban, Curry sweet potato, a locally handpicked King oyster mushroom salad, Mala wagyu short rib with pumpkin crisp and a Lychee lobster with yuzu pearl; each a dish that has been crafted exclusively for Hakkasan Dubai.
Hakkatini Nights daily, from 10:30pm-late at AED98 per person (inclusive of two beverages) or AED138 per person (inclusive of two beverages and 1 bite).
