The special reopening menu, carefully curated by new Award winning Chef Sin Keun Choi former winner of Iron Chef Thailand, features impressive decadent Japanese dishes with a contemporary flair such as Caviar and bluefin tuna tartare with truffle ponzu, Eggplant denkaku with brioche, and M9 wagyu sukiyaki with enoki mushrooms. Armani Hashi welcomes diners to experience the restaurant dishes which has been recently highlighted in Dubai’s first-ever Michelin guide.
Expect decadent Omakase appetizers starring Suzuki to Toryuhu (Seabass with black truffle, chives, ikura and shallot with truffle ponzu); Sashimi roll ( Tuna, salmon with yellowtail, pickled radish, cucumber, nori and ponzu) and Shinjuku style chicken dumplings with red chilli sauce to name a few. Diners can also tuck into Nikkei cuisine blending Peruvian and Japanese flavours, featuring Coconut ceviche with coconut cream, octopus, shrimp, scallop, sweet corn and potato.
