Circle Café launches the Bragel, a brioche and bagel mash-up

The new Bragel at Circle Café taps into Dubai’s appetite for hybrid bakes with eight sweet and savoury flavours now available citywide

The new menu addition combines the buttery softness of brioche with the chew and structure of a traditional bagel. It’s baked fresh daily and is now available permanently across all Circle Café locations in Dubai.

Olive & Tomato Bragel

The launch lineup includes eight flavours split between savoury and sweet options. On the savoury side, there’s Everything (Brioche dough, Maldon salt, everything seasoning), Tomato & Olive, Jalapeño Cheese and a Caramelised Onion version layered with bacon jam and crispy onions.

Sweet options range from Cinnamon Raisin and Blueberry to dessert-style flavours like Lotus and Nutella Hazelnut.
