Brunch on 54 takes place every Saturday afternoon, starring an eclectic array of contemporary-Asian creations by Chef Howard Ko that bring together the vibrant flavours of Asia with a modern twist, paired with a selection of beautifully-crafted concoctions, top-notch beverages and premium bubbly.
The feast begins with a sumptuous selection of appetisers, where you can whet your appetite with a silken Wagyu beef tartare with wasabi kizami; juicy Garlic prawns with Korean chilli pepper and a gorgeous Burrata salad with candied walnuts and nectarine vinaigrette.
Mains follow, brimming with dishes including Roasted salmon with sweet pea purée; a succulent grilled USDA ribeye steak with sauce Japonaise; and a sinful Black truffle “Japanese rice” risotto. Vegetarians can enjoy main course options such as the moreish Roasted butternut squash with mint and pomegranate pesto, for a flavourful and satisfying meal.
Finally, round off your epicurean experience with desserts featuring an assortment of tempting treats including a vegan gluten-free cake, lovely sorbets and seasonal fresh fruits; while a showstopping lineup of performances from DJs and a saxophonist is sure to leave you in awe.
