Introducing 53, the highest Dubai-based luxury-dining and experiential dinner show, located at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road
The brainchild of a team of industry specialists, innovators and distinguished hospitality and event production experts, 53 is entering the luxury-dining and experiential F&B scene this June, with a focus on creating a ‘360 dining experience’.
Boasting striking interior décor with views over the Dubai skyline from its floor to ceiling glass windows, 53 will be a setting to enjoy sundowners and late-night sips, alongside innovative multi-cultural and Mediterranean cuisine.
Sited on the 53rd floor of the Sheraton Grand Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, 53 is set to be the highest dinner show in the GCC. The experience will blend upscale dining with performing arts and live entertainment, taking spectators on an impressive unforgettable journey throughout the evening.
Dining & Creative Concoctions
With innovation at its helm, 53 is to please even the most adventurous diner through remarkable fare from talented chefs. The concept’s food menu takes influences from all corners of the world, led by Chef Esteban Torregosa, with inspiration from the Mediterranean, Latin America and Asia. A carefully-curated concoctions menu, which has been created with organic produce and zero waste, features masterpieces by Mixologist Bar Manager Erion Bardhoci, the artist behind The Artesian in London and The Arts Club in Dubai.
53 will offer a flow in the form of entertainment, starting from the brews, to the bar, the décor, screens and the staff. The dinner shows will take place across multiple sets of elevated stages, giving the opportunity to diners to immerse in all the elements of the venue, without taking focus from the dining experience. 53 has appointed renowned event and show producer Jean Sakr, from Lebanon, with the task of creating original shows that will become 53 signatures.
