Ingredients

  • 60ml (2 shots) espresso
  • 250ml milk (plant-based is fine)
  • 2 handfuls of ice
  • 75g caramel sauce , plus extra to serve
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • whipped cream , to serve (optional)

Method

  1. Tip all the ingredients except the whipped cream into a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce, if you like.
