Ingredients
- 60ml (2 shots) espresso
- 250ml milk (plant-based is fine)
- 2 handfuls of ice
- 75g caramel sauce , plus extra to serve
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- whipped cream , to serve (optional)
Method
Tip all the ingredients except the whipped cream into a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce, if you like.
