For starters, dive into a twist-on-the-traditional antipasti like Burrata Autunnale, Fritto Misto and ‘Contadino,’ a beautiful composition of roasted potato, sous vide egg, asparagus, pecorino cheese and fresh black truffle shavings.

For a delectable experience of old meets new, delight your tastebuds with the Risotto Alle Mazzancolle comprising carnaroli rice, tiger shrimp carpaccio and shellfish jus, or the Tagliolini Con L’Astice, an indulgent plate of fresh Canadian lobster and homemade black tagliolini complemented by a cherry tomato sauce.
