Creative food expressionist platform INKED designs exclusive dinners to shed light on the fascinating universe of mushrooms
Mushrooms help rebuild our ecosystem as well as supply a burst of umami flavours. Though they have been around for ages, it is only recently that mushrooms have grown in popularity in Western food trends and among wellbeing enthusiasts.
The specially curated five-course dinner menu at INKED will explore both edible and adaptogenic mushrooms, ranging from Chanterelle and Oyster to Reishi and Chaga.
Delicacies for the evening will showcase Wild forest mushroom and coconut cream, with cured soy egg, Chanterelle and dark chocolate soil, pickled sweet and sour Shimeji and toasted brioche; Slow-cooked beef short ribs, King oyster and Girolles ravioli, hazelnuts, truffle jus, Oyster mushroom foam, olives and coffee powder; Chaga and Amatika chocolate sorbet with Chaga meringue; and more.
A vegan menu option is available too and should be requested in advance whilst booking.
February 2-7 from 8pm. AED375 per person for a 5-course menu (inclusive of mocktails, soft beverages, tea and coffee). For more details, call +97150 845 1359 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
