Avocado with tamari & ginger dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 small garlic clove, shredded
  • ½ tsp shredded ginger
  • 1 tsp tamari
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 avocado

Method

  1. Mix the garlic, ginger, tamari and lemon juice in a small bowl. Dilute with 1-2 tsp water. Cut the avocado in half and destone, then spoon in the dressing and eat with a teaspoon.
