Club Vista Mare at Palm Jumeirah

An American smokehouse at Palm Jumierah has launched a brand new menu starring succulent meats, steaks, smoked brisket, wings and mouthwatering seafood from the grill, a perfect spot for meat lovers. Head there for the decadent three-course Sunday roast featuring a choice of soup, Pulled beef croquettes or Dynamite shrimp for starters, followed by mains such as Hand carved roast beef, Mild spicy half chicken, Low and slow lamb or Pan roasted salmon. End with one of the daily desserts.

TABU 

Situated at St. Regis Downtown, this contemporary Japanese restaurant takes diners on an avant-garde culinary journey with its theatrical gastronomy, storytelling, mysterious ambience and beautiful art. Immerse yourself in a magnificent culinary experience to awaken all senses. 

Picture playfully platted dishes and exquisite flavours featuring starters such as Salmon tataki maki, Furikake, Balsamic pearls and Passion fruit, Red volcano maki, Hamachi, taberu rayu, Black tempura calamari and Yuzu garlic aioli. Mains star Patagonian toothfish, Sushi rice, Aji and sake, Spicy miso half corn-fed baby chicken, Wagyu beef kushiyaki, Foie gras, Anticucho sauce, Chives and crispy garlic. To round off the meal, indulge in desserts such as the Lava chocolate Toban yaki with Passion fruit ice cream and Crumble and mini ice cream popsicles

The venue recently launched Sansetto The Tasting Hour, a perfect spot to enjoy fine dishes and stunning views of the Dubai Water Canal and Burj Khalifa. Diners can also expect a three-course tasting menu every Sunday to Friday from 6-8pm for AED195.

Torno Subito 

Take a trip to the sophisticated, social and laidback 1960s Italian Riviera at Torno Subito, the charming Italian restaurant headed by culinary mastermind Massimo Bottura. The new Best Of By Torno Subito a three-course menu boasts Massimo’s spectacular creations such as Pappa al pomodoro, Rock lobster roll, Roasted wagyu flap steak, Tagliatelle al ragù and the Pinky blinders. End with the luscious Tiramisubito made with coffee mascarpone cacao paired elevated with a concoction.

Craving a sinful cake? Head over to Jun’s for Chef Kelvin Cheung’s exquisite cakes. Taking inspiration from his Chinese heritage and North American upbringing, Kelvin infuses global flavours into dishes and desserts. The delectable cake menu offers traditional Sugar sponge cake, Madagascar vanilla mousse, Chocolate sponge glazed with maldon salt caramel schmear, and Dark chocolate mousse with salt almond praline to name a few. Signature highlights include Pistachio matcha sponge, white chocolate feuilletine and strawberry cake.

Award-winning fine Asian dining destination Shi is set to launch a new Saturday brunch menu on September 10. The menu boasts a variety of premium sushi, flavourful dim sums with chicken and coriander fillings, Chilean sea bass, Prawn har gau and mixed mushroom, Crispy duck bao buns, Vegetable spring rolls and Braised duck spring rolls. 

Expect mains such as mouthwatering Wagyu beef in black pepper sauce, Wok-tossed lobster, Chilean sea bass in XO sauce or Corn-fed chicken in black sauce, Wok baby bok choy and Wok-tossed wild rice. End your feast with a pistachio fondant and homemade pistachio ice cream, elevated by personalised zodiac-based concoctions and live entertainment.
