Tiramisu-style overnight oats with raspberries

Try this filling breakfast recipe based on the favourite Italian dessert – the perfect match for your morning coffee. Easy to prep ahead, you can store these in the fridge for up to four days

Ingredients

  • 160g porridge oats
  • 200ml milk of your choice
  • 40g ground almonds
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 4 shots espresso
  • 320g low-fat yogurt
  • 320g raspberries
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 25g cocoa powder

Method

  1. Mix the oats, milk, almonds, chia seeds and espresso together in a large bowl and divide between four small ramekins or bowls.

  2. Mix the yogurt with raspberries and the honey (if using) in a separate bowl and spoon a layer over the oats.

  3. Sprinkle with cacao powder and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Will keep chilled for up to four days.
