Ingredients
- 70g Japanese-style mayonnaise (or regular mayo, if you prefer)
- 70ml buttermilk
- ½ lemon , juiced
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion granules
- 10g chives , finely chopped
- 5g dill , roughly chopped
Method
Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, then serve over a salad or as a dip for chicken nuggets or crudités.
