Ingredients

  • 70g Japanese-style mayonnaise (or regular mayo, if you prefer)
  • 70ml buttermilk
  • ½ lemon , juiced
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion granules
  • 10g chives , finely chopped
  • 5g dill , roughly chopped

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper, then serve over a salad or as a dip for chicken nuggets or crudités.
