Ingredients
- 2 tbsp houmous
- handful of olives
- 1 sliced wholemeal pitta
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 chopped baby fennel bulb
- 2-3 ready-made stuffed vine leaves
- 4 tbsp tabbouleh
Method
Put 2 tbsp houmous in a compartment in a bento box. Fill the other sections with other meze ingredients – we used a handful of olives, 1 sliced wholemeal pitta, 1 chopped carrot, 1 chopped baby fennel bulb, 2-3 ready-made stuffed vine leaves and 4 tbsp tabbouleh.
