Ingredients
- 100g coriander
- 50g mint
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- thumb-sized piece ginger, grated
- 1 ½ tbsp yogurt
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 2 tsp sugar
- 30ml olive oil
- 1 tsp chaat masala
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Do not blend for too long, otherwise it will become very dark. Season with salt to taste.
