Green chutney

Serve this gorgeous green chutney with naan bread as a side dish in any Indian meal. Green chilli, mint and coriander give the chutney its colour and kick

  • 100g coriander
  • 50g mint
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • thumb-sized piece ginger, grated
  • 1 ½ tbsp yogurt
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp chaat masala


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Do not blend for too long, otherwise it will become very dark. Season with salt to taste.
