Chocolate mousse

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4 slightly heaped tbsp cacao powder
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled
- a dash of vanilla essence
Method
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk until smooth. Divide into two ramekins and put in the fridge for at least 30 mins to set. Then serve – with a tiny spoon to make it last longer!
