Cut the Celery Sticks & the Onion into medium pieces
Heat the butter in a medium casserole and add the celery & onion. Fry them until soft.
Cut the Broccoli Heads into Florets and add to the heat. Stir for 30 seconds.
Add the Water to the mix then the chicken bouillon. Blend well. (Add the Ready Made Soup here if you want after diluting it with a little cold water)
Season with white pepper and salt. Leave on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Remove from heat after 30 minutes and mix in blender while hot.
Drain the blended soup properly before putting it back in the casserole. Make sure all thick residue is removed.
Right before serving, put over heat again and add the Cooking Cream. Bon Appétit!
