300g hunk crustless, unsliced white bread, torn into chunks
handful walnut pieces
handful parsley leaves, chopped
Toss onion in 2 tbsp oil with thyme and
seasoning; roast for 25-30 mins. Remove from
oven, melt in crème fraîche, Add nutmeg, cloves
and seasoning. Toss in bread and walnuts.
Drizzle over remaining oil. Return to oven for
40 mins, until bread chunks are crisp. Toss
through the parsley and serve.
