Ingredients
- 2 tsp vegetable or sunflower oil
- 2 eggs
Method
Drizzle the oil into a heatproof dish or tin that will fit into your air-fryer – a cake tin works well, or you can use individual ramekins. Put the tin or dish in the air-fryer and cook at 180C for 2 mins to heat the oil.
Crack the eggs into the tin or dish and cook at 180C for 4-8 mins, or until the yolk is cooked to your liking. Some air-fryers don’t cook evenly – to ensure your egg does, turn the tin or dish around halfway through cooking.
