Chicken and sweet corn sushi bites

  • 1 slice of wholemeal bread
  • 3 tbsp steamed or boiled chicken
  • 1 tbsp sweet corn
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • A pinch of salt and pepper


  1. Cut the crusts of wholemeal bread and flatten using a rolling pin. Combine the steamed or boiled chicken, sweet corn and mayonnaise and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture on half of the flattened bread, roll tightly and cut into 2 inch rolls
