Nutrition per serving
1 slice of wholemeal bread
3 tbsp steamed or boiled chicken
1 tbsp sweet corn
1 tbsp mayonnaise
A pinch of salt and pepper
Cut the crusts of wholemeal bread and flatten using a rolling pin. Combine the steamed or boiled chicken, sweet corn and mayonnaise and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture on half of the flattened bread, roll tightly and cut into 2 inch rolls
