Zuma Zen

Recipe from Jimmy Barrat, mixologist at Zuma

Ingredients

1 unpeeled fresh kiwi
2 shiso cress leaves
8 mint leaves

Method

  1. Crush the kiwi, shiso cress and mint leaves.
  2. Add the agave nectar, lime juice and organic green apple juice, and gently shake.
  3. Serve over crushed ice.
