Ingredients
- 100g pineapple chunks (about an inch thick)
- 30ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 50ml aloe vera juice
- ½ tbsp sugar
Method
- Place the pineapple chunks (about an inch thick) in a mixer glass and gently press to release juices. 
- Add the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, aloe vera juice, sugar and vanilla essence, followed by ice cubes. Stir or shake until the sugar is dissolved and pour through a sieve into a glass, to remove pulp and ice. Garnish with any edible flower
