Aloe Toko

Recipe from Dave King Underwood, Toko Dubai

Ingredients

100g pineapple chunks (about an inch thick)
30ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
50ml aloe vera juice
½ tbsp sugar

Method

  1. Place the pineapple chunks (about an inch thick) in a mixer glass and gently press to release juices.
  2. Add the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, aloe vera juice, sugar and vanilla essence, followed by ice cubes. Stir or shake until the sugar is dissolved and pour through a sieve into a glass, to remove pulp and ice. Garnish with any edible flower
