SUCRE Dubai has introduced a new “Taste Of Sucre” weekend menu curated by Chef Fernando Trocca, perfectly timed with the start of summer. The affair begins with signature snacks including Stuffed olives, Pickled peppers & aji verde, or Smoked cheddar and onion empanadas; followed by ‘small plates’ including Chilli Prawn Ceviche, Spicy Octopus Tostada and Grilled chicory salad with pear and pecorino. For the large plates, diners can select from options including Squid ink paella with grilled octopus & aioli, Saffron risotto with a sumptuous Veal ossobuco, Salmon with tomato and caper or Wagyu striploin with charred aubergine purée.
