The fun-fuelled Saturday afternoon features appetisers such as a silken Wagyu beef tartare with wasabi kizami; juicy Garlic prawns with Korean chilli pepper; and a Burrata salad with candied walnuts and a nectarine vinaigrette. Stellar mains in the form of Roasted salmon with sweet pea purée, Grilled USDA ribeye steak with sauce Japonaise and a sinful Black truffle “Japanese rice” risotto show up next; with options such as a Roasted butternut squash with mint and pomegranate pesto available for vegetarians to enjoy. An assortment of indulgent treats including vegan gluten-free cake, sorbets and seasonal fresh fruits round off the experience; elevated by a line-up of performances from DJs and a saxophonist.

Surf Club welcomes you to spend Sundays as they were intended, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and sipping on handcrafted brews at the beach at the Surf’s Up Sunday Brunch. Located at Palm Jumeirah’s Palm West Beach, the beach bar and restaurant, complete with botanical elements, blue and white accents and the soothing sounds of the ocean, features mesmerising beats by a talented roster of resident DJs, setting the scene for a perfect Sunday. When the hunger pangs strike, graze on tantalising Firecracker prawns, a creamy Burrata adorned with juicy heirloom tomatoes, Steamed edamame and an exotic mixed sushi platter. Mains follow with a Black angus ribeye, Spaghetti alle tartufo, and U5 king prawns; ending with sharing desserts served with choices of profiteroles, key lime pie, sticky date pudding and pineapple carpaccio.

SUCRE Dubai has introduced a new “Taste Of Sucre” weekend menu curated by Chef Fernando Trocca, perfectly timed with the start of summer. The affair begins with signature snacks including Stuffed olives, Pickled peppers & aji verde, or Smoked cheddar and onion empanadas; followed by ‘small plates’ including Chilli Prawn Ceviche, Spicy Octopus Tostada and Grilled chicory salad with pear and pecorino. For the large plates, diners can select from options including Squid ink paella with grilled octopus & aioli, Saffron risotto with a sumptuous Veal ossobuco, Salmon with tomato and caper or Wagyu striploin with charred aubergine purée. Finally, for an additional price, enjoy Dulce de leche fondant or Basque cheesecake.
