Three dining concepts to try during Dubai Food Festival

Three of Jumeirah Group’s newest dining destinations will be offering spectacular dining experiences at this year’s Dubai Food Festival

The anticipated Dubai Food Festival returns this year from May 2 to 15; and three of Jumeirah Group’s dining venues will be taking centre stage, serving up an epicurean extravaganza.

From authentic Lebanese favourites by award-winning Chef Ali Fouad to French inspired cuisine from Chef Sebastian Torres and a sophisticated steakhouse experience from Chef Eric Turgeon, Al Nafoorah, Bastion and The Hide welcomes diners to a culinary journey showcasing the very best of their offerings.

Al Nafoorah, Jumeirah Al Qasr

Headed by Chef Ali Fouad, Al Nafoorah’s line-up of traditional Lebanese dishes will instantly transport guests to the heart of Lebanon. Expect two-course lunch and dinner set menus starring a selection of hot and cold mezze to start, including Chef Ali’s Tata’s salad, Baba ghanoush, Hummus, Lamb makanek and Moajanat moshakala. Mains call for a Mixed grill, Samkeh hara, Vegetarian filo pastry or Al Nafoorah shawarma. End on sweet note with Ashta bil asal (fresh cream, pistachios and honey), Halawat al jeben (Sweet cheese, pistachio and sugar syrup) or Othmalliyeh (Kunafa vermicelli and fresh kashta cream).

Lunch from 1-3:30pm at AED125 per person (inclusive of two-course set menu) and dinner from 6:30-11:30pm at AED250 per person (inclusive of three-course set menu). Call +9714 432 3232. Visit Instagram.

Main courses include Steak frites, Confit duck parmentier, Pan fried sea bream fillet or Cauliflower steak. And last but not least, leave room for the delightful Glace yogurt with fruit berries, Chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream or the Lemon meringue tart.
