Ernst Biergarten & Wirtshaus at 25hours Hotel One Central is celebrating a beloved German culinary tradition with the launch of its seasonal Asparagus Menu, available from April 15 until the end of May. Showcasing the much-anticipated white asparagus—known as weißer Spargel in Germany—the menu features a variety of dishes that highlight the vegetable’s subtle flavour, from creamy soups and garden salads to mains served with classic accompaniments such as hollandaise sauce and baby potatoes.
