The new menu invites you to savour a range of crafted dishes, starting with the perfectly seared Beef Tataki, accompanied by crispy tempura flakes and a bright citrus-soy dressing. The fresh Seabass Ceviche with passion fruit leche de tigre, silky avocado purée, and a subtle jalapeño heat is also a must-try. Don’t miss the Hotate Maki features tender Hokkaido scallops dressed in truffle mayo and finished with delicate gold leaf.
Moving to the mains, Wagyu Beef Skewers arrive marinated in a blend of miso and soy, grilled to perfection and topped with a hint of spicy tempura flakes. The Shrimp Saganaki showcases plump Omani prawns swimming in a creamy langoustine bisque with tomato and fresh herbs, all crowned with aged feta.
Classic Italian flavours get a contemporary update in the Maccheroncini with Pesto, where rustic pasta meets fragrant basil, pine nuts, and cherry tomatoes. To finish, the Aphrodite Cheesecake offers a creamy, indulgent dessert that pays homage to the goddess of love.
