Boldly Asian at Fairmont The Palm is bringing a touch of Thailand to Dubai with its limited Taste of Thailand menu, available until 30 December. The seasonal menu focuses on the essentials of Thai cooking, with bright herbs, gentle heat and smooth coconut coming together in curated dishes.
