Indulge in a luxury dinner at Catch at St. Regis

The sophisticated restaurant at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi has revealed an exquisite five-course ‘Luxury Indulgence of Taste’ dining experience

Catch at St. Regis invites diners to embark on an exceptional fine dining experience, with a new monthly dinner inspired by two of the world’s most luxurious tastes: bubbly and caviar.

Crafted by chef Remon Nabil Hana, the glorious five-course menu pairs French bubbly with some of the most exceptional varieties of caviar found across the globe. The first ‘Luxury Indulgence of Taste’ event will take place on February 25, where food connoisseurs will be presented with a magnificent feast for the senses.

Expect an explosion of fabulous flavours and textures with expertly paired fizz, including ones that are smooth, aromatic, crisp, light and bright; and others that are world-renowned and bursting with complex fruity notes.

The winning sips will be paired with five sumptuous seafood dishes, including ‘A feeling of déjà vu’ featuring premium ingredients such as carabineros, snow crab, Granny Smith jelly and Kristal caviar; ‘Nostalgia’ including crustacean ravioli, galangal lemongrass bisque and dry pressed caviar; and the tantalising ‘The Pearl’ dessert, marrying fruity and enrapturing components of tapioca pearl, passion emulsion, coconut yuzu ice cream and pink pomelo caviar.

An indulgent handcrafted concoction, ‘Catch Royal’ offers a final flourish of decadence, bringing an end to the lavish evening.
