Culinary mastermind, Chef Massimo Bottura will be in the city to serve up a storm across three spectacular dinners and all-time favourite Saturday lunch, Torno Sabato. The three days will see diners experiencing Torno Subito’s playful Italian Riviera vibe, whilst soaking in the stunning Dubai skyline views and indulging in a delectable menu curated by the chef behind Osteria Francescana, one of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
Chef Massimo Bottura Dinner
W Dubai – The Palm’s signature Italian restaurant, Torno Subito, will see Chef Massimo host the Italian dinners himself, on all three days. The evening will feature traditional Italian dishes over a mouthwatering eight-course menu.
Commencing with Piadina on the Beach, the plate comprises warm Piadina bread served alongside smoked veal, squacquerone cheese and an aromatic salad. Expect dishes such as Il Re Granchio, a moreish king crab salad with yoghurt, red cabbage, and green apple ceviche; Merluzzo Spring in Green, roasted wild cod fish, green bagna càuda sauce, spring vegetables and black truffle; and a succulent Wagyu flank steak with a balsamic and cacao sauce.
Polish off your meal with a textured coconut dessert, Cocco Bello and a refreshing limoncello ice cream, Sorrento Baba.

Torno Sabato at Torno Subito
The Massimo experience doesn’t stop there. Torno Subito’s much-loved Saturday lunch offering, Torno Sabato will showcase a sharing-style lunch, taking you on gastronomic journey of divine Italian-cuisine.
Enjoy Milanese o bolognese, a breaded veal tenderloin served with tartar, roasted potato and tomato salad; Risotto seppie e piselli with green peas, cuttlefish, lemon and bottarga; and a Focaccia club sandwich.
The meal comes to a close on a sweet note with Pink banana, a caramel banana mousse served with tonka beans and a salted caramel crumble.
