Ingredients
- 150g blue cheese
- 125g ricotta
- 75ml double cream
- 20-30 walnut pieces
- honey , for drizzling
Method
Whisk the cheeses and cream with a good pinch of salt and pepper until smooth and combined. Will keep chilled in an airtight container for up to three days.
Spoon the mixture onto your chosen base, then top each with a walnut piece and a drizzle of honey.
