Ingredients
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 200g pack trimmed green beans
- 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced
- 1 tsp oyster sauce or soy sauce
Method
Heat the oil in a wok, then stir-fry the green beans for 5 mins until they start to brown. Add the garlic and continue to cook until just tinged brown, then splash in the oyster sauce and serve.
