  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 200g pack trimmed green beans
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce or soy sauce


  1. Heat the oil in a wok, then stir-fry the green beans for 5 mins until they start to brown. Add the garlic and continue to cook until just tinged brown, then splash in the oyster sauce and serve.
