Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 lime , juiced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 150g cooked, peeled king prawns
- 400g can black beans , drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado , cut into cubes
- ½ cucumber , cut into cubes
- 100g cherry tomatoes , halved
- 1 small red onion , finely diced
- handful of coriander , finely chopped
Method
Mix the hot sauce, lime juice and olive oil together in a small bowl with some seasoning. Toss the remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour over the dressing, toss again and serve.
