Ingredients

  • 100ml honey
  • 1 jalapeño , finely chopped (deseeded, if you prefer less heat)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

Method

  1. Pour the honey into small saucepan and add the chopped jalapeño. Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3-4 mins until the honey has thinned. Stir in the vinegar and smoked paprika, then set aside to cool completely. Will keep in an airtight container for up to four days.
