Ingredients

  • 1½ tbsp honey
  • 1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp wholegrain mustard (optional)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 60ml olive oil

Method

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a jam jar and shake well until emulsified, then season to taste before using. Will keep chilled for up to five days.
