Honey mustard dressing

Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp honey
- 1½ tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tbsp wholegrain mustard (optional)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 60ml olive oil
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a jam jar and shake well until emulsified, then season to taste before using. Will keep chilled for up to five days.
