Buffalo sauce

Enjoy this homemade buffalo sauce as a dip or drizzle it over chicken wings. Using just three ingredients, it’s a quick and easy way to add spice and richness

  • 275ml hot sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 200g butter


  1. Put all the ingredients together in a pan and warm over a low heat, so that the butter melts and the garlic cooks gently. The sauce will need to simmer for around 3-5 mins, until it is fully heated through and the garlic is tender and fragrant. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve warm as a dip or drizzle over chicken wings. Any leftover sauce will keep for up to five days in the fridge.
