Black beans & rice

Ingredients
- 250g basmati rice
- 2 x 400g cans black bean, drained and rinsed
Method
- Put the rice in a large saucepan with a fitted lid. Cover with plenty of water and boil until al dente, about 8 mins. Drain and put back in the pan. Add the beans and stir through.
