Ingredients
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup cold sparkling water
- handful of crushed ice
Method
To make the batter, mix the flour and cornstarch with a pinch of fine sea salt. Whisk in the sparkling water and crushed ice, then the batter is ready to use.
