Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 200g mixed salad leaves
  • zest and juice 1 lime
  • 1 chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Combine dressing ingredients and season. Toss through the avocado slices and mixed leaves.
